By downloading or using Water Eject, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What the app does
Water Eject plays a low-frequency sound sweep through your phone's speaker. The vibration this creates can help push water droplets out of the speaker grille.
No guarantee of results
This is a physical technique with real limits. Unlike Apple Watch, an iPhone has no hardware designed for ejecting water, so the effect is partial and varies between devices. Water Eject may help; it cannot promise to remove water, restore muffled sound, or repair a device that has taken on water. It is not a substitute for professional service.
Use at your own risk
The app plays sound at high volume. Please note:
- Never use it with headphones or earbuds connected. The app blocks this, but keep them unplugged anyway — sustained low-frequency sound at full volume can damage hearing.
- If your device has been submerged or shows signs of internal water damage, contact Apple Support or an authorised service provider rather than relying on this app.
- You are responsible for how and when you use the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to your device, hearing or property arising from use of the app.
Purchase
Water Eject offers one optional one-time purchase that unlocks the water ejection feature. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple; refunds are requested through Apple, not through us, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You can restore a previous purchase on a new device from the account screen inside the app.
Licence
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute it.
The app is provided "as is"
Water Eject is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page.
